- No Account Required: You are not required to create an account to use the App. Your data is stored locally on your device.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its underlying codebase. You may not use the App to engage in any fraudulent or malicious activity.
2. Informational Purposes Only (Disclaimer)
The financial, currency conversion, and budgeting features provided by Tripmetic are for general informational and planning purposes only.
- Not Financial Advice: We are not a bank, financial advisor, or tax professional. The App does not provide professional financial advice.
- Accuracy of Exchange Rates: While we strive to provide accurate, real-time fiat and cryptocurrency exchange rates, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Rates may fluctuate, and cached offline rates may differ from live market rates. You should independently verify any critical financial figures before conducting actual transactions.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to the codebase, design, UI/UX, logos, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Tripmetic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.
5. App Store Agreements
If you download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of service of those platforms. These Terms are between you and Tripmetic, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRIPMETIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIPMETIC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Data Loss and Device Upgrades
Because Tripmetic stores your itineraries, packing lists, and budgets locally on your device to ensure offline functionality, we are not responsible for any data loss that occurs if your device is lost, damaged, wiped, or if you uninstall the App. We recommend keeping independent backups of critical travel documents.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app announcement. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
